​The skills that got you the VP title aren't the ones that keep you in the room, and the bar keeps moving. What earned a seat at the table five years ago doesn't anymore, and what's required now wasn't on anyone's development plan. ​The Format

​Each session runs for 60 minutes on Zoom. We keep the room small enough that every person in it has to contribute, large enough to get a real range of perspectives. A facilitator from inside the SolutionExec network keeps the conversation moving.

Who Qualifies

​These sessions are for Solutions leaders operating at the Director level and above. VPs of Solutions Engineering, Heads of Solutions Consulting, Directors running large enterprise teams, and equivalent titles. If you're a manager or IC, this particular program isn't the right fit right now.

​Seats are limited and every application is reviewed. Once accepted, you're committing to attend.
