Quality of the Heart - Art Week Special Edition
Special Edition for 1-54 New York Art Fair Week
The Heart of the Work: Reset for Deep Looking
A 60-minute, art-first reset designed as a pause during fair week to support presence, perception, and meaningful exchange.
Hosted by Nathalie Piquionne (JOY Creative Renegades Collective x Deux Noix de Coco), the session frames art as a bridge between inner vision, lived experience, and shared cultural dialogue, with a subtle Caribbean diasporic texture woven throughout. Through grounded attention practices (breath, posture, deep listening) and simple reflection prompts, guests return to the fair with clearer seeing and more engaged conversation.

About “Quality of the Heart” (Nathalie’s ongoing sessions at Reforesters)
A softly guided immersion to reconnect with your heart’s intelligence. We begin with early-stage Living Immersion groundwork—settling attention with eyes open, then gently closing the eyes to deepen—through simple movement, attuned breath, gentle sound textures, and deep listening that help you feel what’s here and meet it with kindness.
You’ll practice sensing inside, expanding the heart, and recognizing where old patterns (the “distortions”) have been running the show—so clarity, connection, and a steadier rhythm of life can return. This is experiential, not conceptual: more remembering than learning, more being than doing. In-person at Reforesters Laboratory.
This work follows Nathalie’s mission to awaken the vibrational intelligence of the heart through immersion, sound, presence, and deep listening.
Led By: Nathalie Piquionne
Nathalie (aka nathalie_stardust) is the creator of Quality of the Heart, a Living Immersion practice infused with island ease from Martinique.
She bridges art, vibrational intelligence, and presence to guide people into felt heart coherence—clarity, connection, a truer rhythm of life. Her work is intimate and authentic, shaped by love, loss, and real-world transformation, grounded in years of deepening in Living Immersion teachings, and refined by lived experience across continents and inner landscapes.
Splitting time between New York and Martinique, she offers one-to-one sessions, mentorship, circles, and retreats.
