Social Entrepreneurs Only: Mini 'Problem' Solving Hack
Mini Problem-Solving “Hack” — FREE Power Hour (UK)
Running a social enterprise can feel like carrying ten problems at once — funding pressure, capacity gaps, pricing nerves, growth questions, team dynamics, impact reporting… and no obvious place to think clearly about any of it.
This is that place.
The Mini Problem-Solving Hack is a free, facilitated one-hour power session for UK-based social entrepreneurs who want practical help, fresh perspective, and momentum - fast.
No fluff. No pitching. Just real problems, tackled properly.
What this is
A focused, supportive lunchtime session where a small group of social entrepreneurs bring one real challenge they’re stuck on - and we work through it together.
Each session is facilitated between Andrea Gamson - award-winning social entrepreneur, coach, advisor, and founder - with 15+ years supporting hundreds of social enterprises to grow, stabilise, and make better decisions under pressure. And Mouli Chatterjee, Senior Programme Manager at Impact Hub London whose work spans inclusive entrepreneurship, rural education, disability justice, and sustainability.
Think:
Structured problem-solving
Honest, experienced input
Collective intelligence in the room
Practical next steps you can actually use
What you can bring to the table
You’re welcome to bring challenges like:
“We’re doing good work but the money doesn’t stack up”
“I’m overwhelmed and don’t know what to prioritise”
“We’re stuck between grant dependency and earned income”
“We want to grow, but capacity is the bottleneck”
“I need to make a decision and I keep going round in circles”
If it’s keeping you awake - it’s valid.
How the hour works
A quick, human check-in (no performative networking)
A handful of hot-seat problem hacks (you can volunteer, not obliged)
Group insight + Andrea’s facilitation and challenge
Clear reframes, options, and next moves
You’ll leave with:
Sharper clarity
At least one unlocked problem
Renewed confidence that you’re not alone in this
Who this is for
✔ UK-based social entrepreneurs, founders, or co-founders
✔ CICs, charities, co-ops, early-stage or scaling ventures
✔ People who want thinking space and straight-talk support
This is especially useful if you’re:
Doing everything yourself
Juggling impact and income
At a decision point, but stuck in your head
Why it’s free (and why it’s limited)
These sessions run twice a month and places are intentionally limited.
They’re free because:
Social entrepreneurs deserve access to good thinking space
It gives you a genuine taste of how Andrea works
It helps us meet social enterprises who may be a fit for deeper programmes later - only if it’s useful for you
No pressure. No awkward selling. Just value.
Come if you want clarity.
Stay if it helps.
Leave with something solved.
Book your spot and bring a problem worth cracking.
