With a focus on advanced computational design and artificial intelligence, Shane integrates BIM, analysis and simulation, digital fabrication, XR, and smart building technologies to optimize project delivery and support a human-centric, empathetic approach to architecture.

    - Alfred Zhang focused on real-time building monitoring, operational optimization, and owner-facing building intelligence. His work bridges controls, software, and building operations to make complex mechanical systems easier to understand, manage, and improve. He develops practical tools that help owners identify issues faster, reduce energy waste, and support compliance through clearer visibility, smarter workflows, and data-driven decision-making.

Combining deep expertise in BIM, Digital Twins, AI, and data-driven applications, he has founded and led multiple industry-leading technology companies, including Latista Technologies (acquired by Oracle) and EcoDomus (acquired by Siemens). He currently serves as CEO of Teleworker AI, advancing AI-powered solutions for the built environment.

Two technology companies present 8–10 minute solutions driving building decarbonization, automation, and compliance innovation.

  • Edward Kostakis, CEO, AeroSpect
    - At AeroSpect, they specialize in advanced drone-enabled inspection and data solutions designed to improve efficiency, safety, and cost savings across a wide range of applications. Their services include façade inspections for Local Law 11 and Local Law 97 compliance, LiDAR scanning, thermal imaging, roof inspections, accident reconstruction, drone-mounted non-destructive testing (NDT), smokestack inspections and rapid-response emergency services for natural disaster support.
