LAX Airfield Tour - Ad Astra Group x Los Angeles World Airports
Must be approved for our Industrial Base Hackathon II in Los Angeles to attend this tour.
This private airfield tour is hosted with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), the owner and operator of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport (VNY).
LAWA oversees some of the most critical aviation infrastructure in the United States, managing commercial and general aviation operations that serve tens of millions of passengers annually while supporting national logistics, security, and economic activity. Their scope spans airfield operations, safety systems, modernization programs, and large-scale capital projects across the Los Angeles airport system.
As part of this tour, LAWA is generously providing Ad Astra Group's Industrial Base Hackathon participants with guided access to the LAX airfield, offering a firsthand look at runway operations, airside logistics, safety coordination, construction projects and the operational backbone required to keep one of the world’s busiest aviation hubs running in real time.
