​Hosted by Center for the Future, UN Founded Collaboration for Complex Challenges Lab  (C3 Labs) and the Climate House , this 45-min hands-on workshop will unpack the dos and don’ts of inclusive governance. Exploring why participatory design is vital for climate initiatives wanting to earn community trust and deliver lasting impact.

​Center for the Future and C3 Labs brings you a provocative hands-on session for practitioners, leaders and managers working in nonprofits, government, business and startups focused on climate action. Through real case studies - both successful and live initiatives launching in 2026 - we’ll explore inclusive design, collaboration and governance tools like citizen dialogues, citizens’ juries and participatory budgeting. We’ll also identify which governance traps erode trust and stall projects, equipping you with practical methods to reduce conflict and deliver outcomes your community truly wants.
