​Mallory Penney, CPCC, ACC is a Leadership Development Coach, Facilitator and creator of Leadership Unscripted, an improv-based program that develops leaders’ ability to think on their feet, navigate tough conversations, and collaborate across differences. She has coached and trained thousands of professionals—from emerging talent to senior leaders—at organizations such as Genentech, Google, Starbucks, Kaiser Permanente, and Stanford Health.
