What to Expect
This expert led learning experience offers an introduction to the emerging topic of Autonomous Regenerative Properties.
The workshops are designed to build your knowledge and understanding through a mix of discussion, case studies, and hands-on learning.

Conclude with a site visit to nearby regenerative properties where you’ll see principles in action and experience firsthand what’s possible in this exciting design space.
This experience will provide opportunities to consider both the vision and practical steps needed to start ideating your own Autonomous Regenerative Property project.
Getting There
The workshops will be hosted at the Regenerative Network States Builders Villa, roughly 25 minutes away by ferry, from the Devcon main venue.
Ferry Transport: At Wat Khlong Toei Nok, just 10 minutes by taxi from the Queen Sirikit Centre, you'll find a 5-minute ferry crossing to take you to the island.
Once you arrive at Bang Krachao Pier, you can rent a bike or catch a 10-minute shuttle to the villa from the V DAO meeting place.
Within 25 minutes, you'll have journeyed from the noise of the big city to a lush garden oasis.
If you prefer to travel by road, a 30-minute minibus pickup and drop-off is available from the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
