A Community Conversation
What would it mean for your organization to genuinely commit to human flourishing? Not as a tagline, but as an operating principle?
Join us for an intimate World Cafe-style conversation where small groups will dig into what these principles actually mean in practice, where they hold up and where they break down, and what a meaningful organizational commitment to them might look like.
This isn't a panel. It's a working session. Bring your experience, your skepticism, and your vision for what human-centered leadership can actually look likein the real world.

Last fall, we hosted a global conversation with leaders, educators, researchers, and practitioners to answer that question. Fifty people across generations and continents worked through three core questions: What principles should define a human-centered organization? What policies ensure technology empowers rather than replaces people? What practices bring those values to life?
What emerged were three principles that we believe can serve as the foundation for a new kind of organizational commitment:
Human Empowerment — AI augments human capability; people remain at the center, driving decisions and growing in their work.
Sustainable Prosperity — Long-term thinking that serves employees, customers, communities, and future generations — not just quarterly returns.
Intentional Integration — Deliberate, transparent, inclusive adoption of AI, where ethics are foundational and all voices shape the outcome.
Now we want to test these principles against reality — your reality.
