Dailogue #1: where are the jobs of tomorrow heading in the software development industry?
We are organizing an afternoon of workshops for C-level executives and AI experts, followed by an evening event open to everyone, bringing together keynotes and a panel discussion on the future of work in software development.
As AI reshapes the industry, it is transforming recruitment, training, and ways of working, while creating new opportunities through faster processes, increased efficiency, and wider accessibility. For software professionals, it becomes essential to develop a shared understanding of emerging practices and to distinguish good practices from bad habits.
What will be the key skills of tomorrow?
What profiles will successfully navigate this transition?
How should academic institutions adapt?
