Khiêm is an in-house recruiter at an IT company who believes the secret to a fulfilling career isn't always about changing your path, it's about changing how you walk it.
Known among friends for juggling hobbies but not enough dedication to one, Khiem learned a valuable lesson: rather than endlessly chasing the "ideal" career or passion, he discovered the power of learning to love what you're currently doing. By connecting his work with his personal interests, he transformed his job into something genuinely enjoyable and built a unique value that authentically represents who he is.
In his talk, Khiem shares how small shifts in perspective can turn an ordinary career into an extraordinary one—reminding us that sometimes fulfillment is already within reach.
Radinka is a final-year student at Keio University, majoring in Media and Design.
She currently works at a creative agency and a media collective, while also taking on freelance projects — a true multitasker living at the intersection of structure and creativity.
In her talk, Radinka shares how she learned to find balance in the middle of it all:

Through small daily rituals and intentional pacing, she discovered that slowing down doesn’t mean losing momentum — it means making space for clarity, inspiration, and joy in the creative process.
Sho is a career partner and M&A expert who helps companies tackle talent shortages and guides individuals toward meaningful paths. After graduating from Ritsumeikan APU, he launched his career at an IT venture company, later transitioning into M&A advisory.
In his talk, Sho shares a powerful message:

Through his journey, he reveals that ambition is not pressure, but a compass guiding you forward.

Radinkaは慶應義塾大学メディアデザイン専攻の４年生です。クリエイティブエージェンシーとメディアコレクティブで働きながら、フリーランスのプロジェクトにも携わっています。彼女は「構造」と「創造性」のあいだで生きるマルチなクリエイターです。
彼女は、キャリアの充実とは新しい道を切り開くことではなく、その歩み方を変えることだと信じています。プロジェクトは多いですが、Radinkaが学んだのは、理想を盲目的に追い求めるのではなく、今やっていることを愛することの大切さ。
特に彼女が気づいたのは、スピードを落とすことで、より深い集中と創造性が生まれるということ。日々のルーティンと意識的なペースづくりを通して、「スローダウン」が明確さとインスピレーションを生み出す時間だと気づきました。
