How You Show Up Matters: Using DiSC to Communicate, Lead, and Connect More Effectively
Join us for our next Founders4Founders session on Tuesday, February 11th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon… with coffee and informal chats starting at 9:30 am.
This session is led by one of our own members, Teena Sauve, and focuses on something every founder deals with daily… communication.
Teena will walk us through the DiSC behavioural and communication profile, not as a personality label or job-based assessment, but as a practical tool to understand how you naturally communicate and respond to others.
This applies to:
Clients and customers
Team members and collaborators
Partners, stakeholders, and leaders
Even personal relationships
In a world where communication is faster, more digital, and often more tense, understanding your default style and how it lands on others is a real advantage.
What to expect from this session:
A clear explanation of what DiSC is (and isn’t)
How to take the assessment properly to get accurate results
Why self-awareness in communication directly impacts leadership, sales, and relationships
How to translate your results into real-world action…the “so what” and the “now what.”
All attendees will receive access to a complimentary DiSC assessment (valued at $220 CAD). The assessment link expires on February 11, so completing it early is strongly recommended. Go to this link to complete your DISC profile now ==> https://mailchi.mp/botreeinc/complimentary-disc-sales
As always, this will be a practical, founder-to-founder conversation focused on real application, not theory.
Come early, grab a coffee, connect with other founders, and get more intentional about how you show up in every interaction.
Teena Sauve is the President and Founder of Botree, a professional development and training company helping organizations build stronger people, teams, and cultures.
Following an award-winning career across healthcare, product development, client relations, management, sales, and marketing, Teena brings a rare cross-industry perspective to leadership and communication. Her work focuses on helping leaders understand how people actually learn, communicate, and grow… then turning that insight into training that sticks.
At Botree, Teena is on a mission to rewrite how the world experiences training by making it engaging, practical, and measurable. She believes learning should be an investment that pays for itself, not a box to check… and that real growth happens when people understand how they show up with others.
