​Good Friday (Remix) is a live creative arts experience of poetry, gospel, hip hop, jazz, and neo-soul performances that reimagine Jesus’ final words through the themes of rhythm, rupture, and resilience.

​This multidisciplinary creative arts gathering engages the cross not only as a site of personal salvation, but also as a witness to state violence, public suffering, moral courage, and the struggle for collective liberation. Through bold contemporary performances, the evening explores how Jesus’ final words still speak in a world marked by grief, injustice, and the refusal to surrender hope.
