​​✨ Beginner Sewing Workshop #2: Scrunchie + Keychain Wristlet ✨

​​Ready to stitch up something fun? Join us for our very first beginner sewing workshop inside the HarperSage Creative Studio, led by Ellie from No Clue Threads! In this cozy, hands-on class, you’ll learn the sewing machine basics while creating your own scrunchie and keychain wristlet to take home.

​​Workshop Details:
🧵 Length: 2 hours
🧵 Skill level: Intro/Beginner
🧵 Price: $25–$45 (sliding scale)

​​What You’ll Learn:

• ​​How to wind a bobbin & thread your machine

• ​​Straight stitching + adjusting stitch length, width, and tension

• ​​Understanding seam allowance

• ​​Best practices for clean, confident sewing

​​What to Bring:

• ​​Sewing machine (we have a couple to share if you don’t have one, must fill out form below!)

• ​​Universal sewing machine needle (90/14)

• ​​Bobbin

• ​​Fabric scissors

• ​​Seam ripper

​​Optional Supplies:
We’ll provide materials like scrunchie elastic, cotton thread, key wristlet hardware, and fabric options—but if you’d like a specific look, feel free to bring your own fabric (¾ yard, preferably cotton).

​​About Your Instructor:
Ellie (No Clue Threads) has been sewing since age 11, when her grandmother gifted her a first sewing machine and passed along the family tradition of creativity with fabric. From tailoring and upcycling to handmade gifts, Ellie has always loved transforming textiles into something new. Her workshops are designed to be welcoming, community-driven spaces where beginners can learn at their own pace, explore creativity, and experience the joy of making something with their own two hands.
