Sophie Jiang (Award-Winning Creative Technologist and Founder MoVa Realities)

Bio:

Sophie Jiang is the founder of MoVA Realities, an award-winning creative technology startup building accessible immersive experiences for measurable engagement at conferences, exhibitions, and large-scale events. 

Her work began at Princeton University, with projects for the Princeton University Art Museum, McCarter Theatre Center, and Burning Man Project, and has been featured by MIT and Broadway. 

Trained as an architect, she brings experience in entrepreneurship, spatial design, and interactive technology, translating creative practice into scalable, enterprise-ready products through MoVA, while leading through teaching, mentoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

​The VR Workplace Ready & Interview Lab is an intensive 1-day professional development workshop designed to help students and emerging professionals build confidence, clarity, and high-impact communication skills for the workplace. Using Virtual Reality interview and workplace simulation environments, AI-powered performance feedback, and expert-led coaching, participants strengthen their ability to communicate, collaborate, and present themselves effectively in real-world professional settings.

This immersive lab blends career readiness, professional communication training, and VR-based interview practice to build essential workplace skills. Participants receive live coaching on pacing, presence, tone, storytelling, and answering structured interview questions—supported by actionable AI scoring reports and dynamic VR simulations that mirror real interview rooms, meeting spaces, and professional scenarios.
