The Art of Scaling Deep
Familiar concepts of "scaling up" and "scaling out" often overlook the slow, steady, and contextually rooted work that supports durable systems change. In 2022, the Systems Sanctuary and Ashoka Canada came together to inquire into the practices of “scaling deep.” Their research confirmed that true systems change does not replicate—it regenerates, embedding transformative values and relationships deep within social ecosystems. This requires an ongoing process of reflection, renewal and interconnected action.
In this webinar, Tatiana will share stories and lessons gleaned from interviews with more than 70 systems change practitioners. She will introduce practices and pathways for transformative change, with a focus on the undervalued but essential role of relational, cultural, and healing-centred work.
A recording will be available soon after the event.
