Bueno Days: New Menu Soft Launch

​We’re launching a new menu and it may sound familiar to you – because it is. When we first launched Bueno, Alma was hard-and-set on the idea that once a menu leaves, it’s gone forever. We’ve learned that things can operate differently now that we have our own space and we hope to create lasting impressions with expressions that feel unmistakably Bueno Days. Think of this menu as our Archive Menu.

​OH, and the space is also getting a very much needed refresh. When we took over the entire space at 2901 in January, we were very pregnant and we knew a refresh will be needed at some point – it’s here!

​As you will see, we have more options on our menu that are beyond 1 hot, 1 cold specialty option. We’re hosting this soft-launch to help us ease into this transition, give our team the ability to troubleshoot/learn a new workflow, and make sure our drinks are tasting just the way we want them to.
