​Joe Allen is a writer and researcher focused on the political, cultural, and philosophical implications of emerging technologies. He is widely known for his work examining artificial intelligence, transhumanism, and the rise of technocratic ideology.

​He serves as the transhumanism editor for Steve Bannon’s War Room and is the author of Dark Æon: Transhumanism and the War Against Humanity, a book examining the rise of transhumanism and its implications for humanity.

​He holds a master’s degree from Boston University, where he studied cognitive science and human evolution in relation to religion, and earlier in his life worked as an arena rigger touring globally for concerts and events.
