Capital Valleys Forum
Sacramento sits at the intersection of three Californias: the capitol where climate policy becomes law, the tech corridor that builds the tools and the agricultural heartland where solutions hit soil.
The Capital Valleys Forum brings these worlds into the same room.
The Forum convenes senior leaders from California's largest public utility, state regulatory agencies, institutional investors managing hundreds of billions in beneficiary capital, Fortune 500 technology companies, and the Mayor's office — alongside the founders, operators, and community leaders deploying climate solutions across the Central Valley and beyond.
The day is structured around four policy-forward tracks: ⚡️Energy — grid modernization, distributed generation, and the path to zero-carbon power
🚜 Agriculture & Food — climate-smart farming, soil health, and low-waste food systems
🚛 Transportation — electrification, low-emission freight & economic development
💧Water — drought resilience, groundwater management, and infrastructure adaptation
This is not a conference about what California should do. It's a working session among the people already doing it, and a bridge between the operating realities on the ground and the policy levers in the building down the street.
Expect candid dialogue, not panels-for-show.
Expect utility executives sitting next to seed-stage founders.
Expect the policymakers who write the rules in conversation with the communities who live under them.
Capacity is limited. Register to confirm your seat.
