If you're tired of editing alone in your room, this one is for you 🫵

Welcome to ROUGH CUT, a co-working session dedicated to storytellers, videographers, & creatives to script or edit alongside others run by Mylene (@mylenesmind) 🎬

This isn't a workshop. This isn't a lecture. This is simply a space & time for you to work on that video you've been putting off.

Whether you're just getting started on your creative journey or have been producing films for years, ROUGH CUT is a space to get work done & meet others along the way. (Selfishly, I also made this event to attempt to find a balance between making time to meet other creatives in the city & making time to lock-in :)

ROUGH STRUCTURE

6PM - Doors Open
6:20PM - Quick Round of Intros
6:30PM - Co-working Begins (quiet, headphones in type of lock-in)
8:45PM - Optional Showcase (present what you worked on with everyone; this is a time to get real-time feedback if you'd like to share)
9:00PM - Event Concludes

WHAT TO BRING

A project to edit or a video idea to start scripting/storyboarding, etc. (can be personal work or client work)
Water (stay hydrated) & any snacks if you'd like :)
