​Masterclass with Charlie Pennington (45 mins)

​Charlie Pennington is the Head of Sales at Carta, covering VC/PE companies across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa. He'll be taking you through the fundamentals every founder needs to know:

• ​Fundraising mechanics and what VCs actually look for

• ​Cap tables, ESOPs, and how to structure equity properly

• ​Navigating the current VC market

• ​Getting to the US market and what that really involves
