​PMOC Meet-up — 14th Sept 🚨

​We’re experimenting with a new format this time to make it more interactive and practical. We'll need to take over a co-working space for us to meet and work together (more details below)

Here’s the flow of the meet-up:

​1 hour – Networking

​Catch up over chai/coffee, meet new folks, share what’s happening in your world of PMM.

​1 hour – Breakout Workshops

​We’ll split into small groups and work on real-world PMM problems. Example: 1.⁠ ⁠Create a high-level GTM for X product 2.⁠ ⁠Review & revamp the positioning/messaging for Y product 3.⁠ ⁠⁠and more

​1 hour – Peer Review

​Each group presents their work → other groups give feedback, suggestions, and fresh perspectives.

​The idea is to keep less theory and more doing, so everyone walks away with practical takeaways and new ways of thinking. It might even be helpful for interviews and advancing in your current role.

​Important Note

​We’re booking a co-working space in HSR Layout this time to host the workshops and breakout sessions. This means the workshop meet-up will cost INR 500 per registration.
