Since 1997, START has been connecting entrepreneurs and investors through START Summit in St. Gallen, Europe’s largest student-run startup conference, bringing together over 7,000 attendees and 400+ VCs and business angels annually. START is a global platform for startups to scale, students to enter the entrepreneurial world, and investors to discover the next big thing.
Since 2025, Milan became part of this journey. Now, we invite you an exclusive event where thoroughly selected Italian startups will compete for direct admission in the quarter final at pitching competition START Summiteer in St. Gallen on March 19th, 2026.
But hold on - EVEN MORE OPPORTUNITIES THIS YEAR - the pitching competition will also be the Italian event of the Startup World Cup, which is a series of global startup conferences and pitch competitions powered by Pegasus Tech Ventures, featuring 100+ regional events across 60+ countries. The events lead to our 2026 Startup World Cup Grand Finale, where winning startups from each regional event will compete for a $1M prize! The Grand Finale is being held in San Francisco (USA) on November 6th, 2026.
