Prompt2Screen - AI Cinema Hackaton by VIA

​Turin's first AI filmmaking hackathon returns as an official side event of Italian Tech Week. For one day, creators, technologists, and storytellers will come together to turn ideas into cinema, powered entirely by KREA AI.

​Participants will build an original AI short film, commercial, or visual piece from scratch, working solo or in teams, guided by a set of surprise categories revealed on the day. No two projects will look alike.

​10:00 — Doors Open & Breakfast
Grab a coffee, meet your fellow builders, and get set up before the clock starts.

​Categories Revealed — Hacking Begins
Surprise categories are announced and the challenge officially kicks off. From this moment, it's all prompts, tools, and creative chaos.

​All Day — Build
Teams work through the day crafting their AI-generated short film, commercial, or visual piece.

​18:30 — Work Stops

​Panels
Hear from voices at the intersection of AI and filmmaking, featuring Oscar Award winning VFX artist, in additiom from local companies such as, Are Films and RAI.

​🏆 Showcase & Premiere
The best projects are screened live, and a winner is crowned and premiered on site.
