About Event

Healthcare leaders are navigating a perfect storm: accelerating AI innovation, evolving regulations, and shifting P&L priorities and investor sentiment. Confido Health, Manatt, and Banc of California are curating an intimate room of specialty practice owners, healthcare private equity and venture investors, policymakers, agentic AI startup leaders, clinicians, and aspiring founders for a candid discussion on what it takes to move through this complexity with confidence.

The panel and networking will explore how forward-looking healthcare organizations are turning uncertainty into a strategic edge. Panelists will unpack where agentic voice AI is creating measurable operational impact, how leaders are evaluating ROI and change management, and what governance, compliance, and defensibility should look like as AI moves deeper into care delivery and administrative workflows. Legal and regulatory experts will share how organizations can navigate evolving laws, compliance obligations, and defensibility requirements.

Panelists

Confido has 50+ workflows live in 1000+ practice locations focusing on front end of RCM (insurance verifications, benefit checks, eligibility, payment collections, payment posting) and front office scheduling, appointment management, med refill requests, fax processing, intake, triage, after-hours support, care-gap closure, and more.

Randi Seigel is a Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP and co-leads the firm’s health tech vertical, where she advises health systems, digital health companies, and investors on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.
