NY TechWeek | Vision Lab | Check-in Intervals
Vision Lab is the weekly in-person decision checkpoint for Run Tech Club Members. It is the core operating cadence of our Momentum Reps. If this is your first time, be sure activate founderOS ahead of time.
Attendance is expected. This is where momentum compounds.
Founders come to Vision Lab to stack conviction, review validated data, and recalibrate their logic path — alongside their founder advisory, peers, and operators.
Review Reps: Audit the technical and strategic intervals run since the last lab.
Pressure-Test Logic: Use adversarial feedback to identify flaws in current hypotheses.
Anchor the Roadmap: Align on near-term technical unlocks and business milestones.
Design the Next Interval: Lock the specific success gates for the upcoming build cycle.
Direct Feedback: Receive "brutal honesty" testing from founders, operators, and venture advisors.
If you’re building in RTC, this is where you check in.
System Structure (TLC):
Each Lab opens with a structured Stand-Up, ensuring every founder is building on a foundation of proof.
Test — What you actually ran (the most recent Interval or Experiment).
Learn — The raw data: what worked, what didn’t, and the signal strength.
Change — The recalibration: what you are changing in your logic, architecture, or roadmap next.
Agenda
10:00–11:00 — Progress Check-In (The Rep Review) Review the last interval, outcomes, and telemetry. Every founder defends their "Signal Strength" to the group.
After Check-Ins — Logic Refinement & Workspace 1:1 office hours / feedback + workspace access will commence. This is when you design and refine your next Build Interval live. Leave with a clear execution plan, or hard-code your next 3 milestones into your roadmap. Lunch is occasionally provided.
Why In Person
Vision Lab is intentionally in person.
This is where humans come together to challenge assumptions, sharpen judgment, and think clearly — not just ship code or log data.
