EU-wide Guidelines on Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Toolkit: What you need to know

​On 27 March, the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) released a 152-page guide on gender-neutral job evaluation and several excel templates to help organisations prepare for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which takes effect on 7 June.

​This webinar will break down what the guide and templates actually do, who it is most useful for, and what businesses need to think about before using them in practice.

​We’ll cover how the toolkit supports organisations of different sizes — from micro and small employers to medium and large organisations — in building job categories ahead of pay transparency requirements. We’ll also look at where the toolkit is strong, where its limitations are, and what risks or implementation pitfalls employers should watch out for.
