Hackathon: AI Voice & Meeting Agents
London Hackathon – Voice & Video Agents

Join us for a full-day hackathon dedicated to building next-generation voice and meeting AI agents. Developers, designers, and innovators will come together to create real-time, intelligent systems that transform how people communicate through calls and meetings.
Agenda
The day kicks off at 9:00 AM with check-in and a welcome session, followed by introductions to the two main tracks. You’ll then form teams, and start building. After a full day of hacking and mentoring, we’ll wrap up with demos and peer-reviewed judging.
Tracks & Themes
We’re running two specialized tracks:
1. Meeting Agents
Build AI copilots for meetings that can capture conversations, summarize discussions, and turn insights into actions—integrating with calendars, CRMs, and productivity tools. Think a meeting agent that designs in figma while we discuss. You will get free access to meetstream.ai to build this!
2. Voice Agents
Create voice-based agents for telephony or WebRTC that support real-time interactions. Think smart customer support bots, automated booking systems, and assistants that can handle barge-in, reasoning, and safe handoff.
Peer Review Judging
Instead of a traditional panel, participants will review each other’s projects. After the demo round:
Each team will score a set of projects from other teams based on predefined criteria:
Utility & Impact – Does it solve a real problem?
Technical Execution – Quality, performance, and reliability.
Agent Intelligence – Effective reasoning, tool use, and real-time capability.
Demo Quality – Clear, engaging, and functional.
Final rankings will be based on these peer scores, ensuring a fair and community-driven selection process.
