​Who should enter (innovators)

• ​Start-ups, scale-ups and established teams with new products, services, or processes

• ​Solutions at concept, pilot or early commercial stage (TRL 5–9)

• ​Themes may include: leakage & network optimisation, flood risk & surface water, asset health, digital tools & data, low-carbon construction, nature-based solutions, customer engagement, skills & safety

• ​8-minute pitch + 8-minute Q&A with a panel of industry judges

• ​Live audience voting for a “people’s choice” mention (optional)

• ​Winners progress to the Water Dragons Grand Final (details TBC)
