The Craft Collective Event Cancellation Policy

​To keep our community flowing with good vibes and fairness, please review our cancellation policy:

​Only RSVP for events you know you can attend. Many of our events have limited space, and we provide headcount's to our host venues — your RSVP holds a spot someone else may need.

​If you can’t make it, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or another creative — replacing your presence means it will not be counted as a no-show. You can use the Geneva app or connect with others through our social media to trade or transfer tickets.

​If you can’t make it, please cancel your RSVP at least 2–3 days in advance so we can offer your seat to another creative in the community.

​We get that life happens — if you have an emergency or last-minute conflict, cancel as early as possible and can notify an admin directly.

All ticket sales are final. The Craft Collective operates with a strict 

, as materials and venue accommodations are prepared in advance based on RSVP headcounts. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend — simply notify us so we can update the guest list. Utilize the Geneva app or our social media accounts to coordinate a ticket transfer.

​We will be checking people in for all events. Please have your ticket ready to be scanned upon arrival from your Luma App.

Craft Collective Philly is a BIPOC and primarily queer centered space, and we aim to keep it welcoming, inclusive, and respectful for our black and brown communities. 

This is your sign to finally start or finish that project. Bring whatever you’re working on or start something new you’ve been wanting to try. Crochet, journaling, scrapbooking, clay, coloring. All crafts welcome. Bring whatever you’d like. 

We’ll have some collaging, journaling, scrapbooking, and coloring supplies available. Of course glue and scissors. 

Come vibe, yap, create, and meet new people. If you’ve been in a creative funk, this is the perfect reset.

Please note: All tickets are non-refundable, as proceeds are used to cover supplies, our DJ, and event materials. We appreciate your understanding.
