Berlinage Collage Festival Guided Tour and Drop-in Art Studio (14 €)
On Saturday, May 16th, the Berlin Collage Club (BCC) (instagram.com/berlincollageclub/) is organising our second art exhibit outing, teaming up with the Berlinage Collage Festival (instagram.com/berlinage_festival/), curated by artist Bettina Homann.
About the Berlinage Collage Festival
Currently in its’ third year, the Berlinage Collage Festival features an artist residency program with twelve international artists from the US, Canada, and Europe, who will create and show original artwork during the festival. The theme for this year's residency and exhibit is "Co-creating the city," where artists will explore their place in cities and how they relate and contribute to them. Please see here for more info about the artists: https://berlinage.berlin/artists-art.
About the Guided Tour and Drop-In Art Studio
For our guided tour, we will visit the beautiful GlogauAir artspace (glogauair.net) in Kreuzberg, where the residency is taking place.
Bettina and the collage artists in residence will provide an overview of the residency and discuss their art work and inspiration.
Following the tour, participants will have the opportunity to stop by the Open Studio / Drop-in Art Station in the exhibition space, where they can create collage postcards inspired by the exhibit. BCC will provide all art materials.
Fees and Payment
The guided tour and drop in art studio fee is 14€. Please RSVP to receive our payment details (Paypal and bank transfer).
