🎤 About the facilitator
The workshop is led by Delphine Mousseau, an e-commerce and digital growth expert with over 25 years of experience building and scaling customer-centric, tech-enabled businesses from start-up to international growth.
Holding an MBA from HEC Paris, Delphine has worked with and for organisations such as BCG and Zalando, and acted as a Board Advisor to companies including Decathlon, Falconi, and Rebufed. Alongside her strategic work, she is a strong advocate for DEI in leadership and governance, bringing both clarity and care into the spaces she holds.
