We’re excited to welcome you to the Montreal Robotics Startup Night Event!
Below are the instructions to help ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
Arrival & Check-In
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled (be there at 4:45), and please be aware that due to security reasons, the elevators are not available to bring you upstairs after 6:45 PM.
• Check-in location: At the EY's office reception.
• Ticket: Have your event ticket with the QR code ready on your phone; our team will scan it at the entrance.
Getting to the Venue
• By Metro: You can use Peel Metro stations. From there, it’s a short walk to the venue. Our team will be available to guide you if needed.
• By Car: You may use the building’s indoor parking or any nearby public parking lots.
Building Access Instructions
1. Enter the building through the main entrance (Maison Manuvie).
2. Once inside, walk straight ahead and continue to the right side to access the elevators.
3. Take the elevator to floor 23.
4. Once you arrive on the 23rd floor, then go straight to reach the event space.

Note for the speakers and presenters: Please be at the venue at 4:30 to check your presentation. The presentation time is 7 minutes max, and 3 minutes for Q&A ( Total 10 mins).
