Finance Transformation Deep-Dive
Deep-dive session: Finance Transformation in 2026 – from experimentation to ROI
Off the back of the last weeks session with Deloitte, we're exploring a smaller, deep-dive session focused specifically on finance transformation – practical, real-world examples rather than high-level theory.
The idea is a 60–90 minute roundtable for 10–15 finance leaders to dig into a few of the below:
Moving from AI pilots to a focused, P&L-led transformation agenda
What “lights-out” finance really looks like ~ (what’s realistic vs hype)
Building the right data and systems foundations (cloud ERP, data integrity, controls)
Where leading CFOs are actually seeing ROI from AI and automation (and where they aren’t)
New skills, operating models and org design for modern finance teams
How to make finance more agile and responsive to disruption (scenario planning, cost ownership, cyber resilience)
It will be an interactive session rather than a presentation – bringing Malcolm and Tim back to share specific case studies, with plenty of time for peer discussion and Q&A.
Would you be interested in joining a session like this if we run it? If so, which topics would be of interest?
Once this is firmed up, we can share a couple of date options and more detail.
