Build Your Own Battery: A Hands-On Workshop with PNWBC
Have you ever wanted to build a battery from scratch? Now is your chance! We’re hosting the PNW Battery Collaborative's first-ever DIY battery build, led by UW’s own Kevin Lee.
Whether you’re a seasoned scientist or a battery enthusiast, this workshop offers a tactile way to explore electrochemistry. We’ll be using everyday items to create real power—proving that innovation starts with the basics. You’ll get to take your battery home with you after the workshop.
Donation: We would greatly appreciate donations to cover the cost of materials and to help organize future PNWBC events. A suggested donation of >$60 is requested. Tax deductible donations can be made at: https://givebutter.com/s2-pnwbc
