About Event

What does it really mean to show up with impact in UX? Join us for a lively panel conversation with three speakers at different stages of leadership, each bringing their own perspective on building presence, influencing decisions, and growing a career with confidence.

Expect honest stories, practical advice, and a closer look at how people develop their voice and make it count in their workplaces.

There will also be a chance for you to ask your questions on the topic to our panel, and time to network with others working in UX.

Agenda:
6:30pm - food, drinks and networking.
6:50pm - welcome
7:00pm - panel
8:00pm - Q&A
8:20pm - wrap up and more networking

Meet our panelists:
👏🏼 Denise Majard - Denise is a UX researcher at Dext, where she helps product teams make better decisions by turning user understanding into strategic clarity. She works across B2B SaaS with accountants, bookkeepers, and the SMBs they serve - specialising in cutting through complexity to insights that actually get acted on.

She's currently building AI-augmented research practices and exploring what it means to move from research into product strategy. Tonight she's sharing her perspective on finding your voice when you're navigating that in-between space - and working out where you can have the most impact.

👏🏼 Pam Moscarda - Pam began her design journey studying interaction design in Venice, and specialized as ux designer for e-commerce experiences in Italy. She moved to London, freelanced, and consulted before joining Tesco in 2016. Now, she leads design and research for Tesco Retail Media, excelling in cross-functional workshops and strategic projects.

Her leadership style is empathetic and people-centered, prioritising psychological safety and using UX/design methodologies to address team, business, and process challenges. Pam is passionate about bringing people together to achieve strategic goals with design thinking at their core.

👏🏼 Veda Adnani - Veda is a design leader with over a decade of experience across emerging tech, digital health, and high-growth consumer brands. Currently Lead Product Designer at Moonpig, she brings a rare blend of product management, UX design, and commercial thinking to every stage of product development. She thrives at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and creative execution, with a systems mindset and a bias toward action.

Her focus is design as the strategic, commercial, and human layer of any product experience, creating outcomes that not only perform but resonate. Veda is equally passionate about growing the designers around her, coaching with high empathy and clear direction, and creating the conditions for others to do their best work.
