About Event

Most organisations are already making AI decisions – on tools, suppliers, governance, and adoption. The question is whether the leadership making these decisions have the right skills and knowledge in this rapidly changing field. This session introduces Boom Training's AI Leadership Units: short, fully funded programmes that give senior leaders the strategy, judgment and practical capability to lead AI transformation with confidence.

Who should attend

Designed for anyone involved in organisational decisions around training, capability or AI adoption – including Heads of Department, Managing Directors, C-level executives, HR Directors and Senior Operations Managers. Team leads with an interest in AI development are also welcome.

What we’ll cover:

✅The 2026 Levy shift: units vs. full apprenticeships

The introduction of Apprenticeship Units changes the game for organisations that need targeted, flexible training. We'll explain how the new AI Leadership Units work – how many hours they involve, the delivery timeline and methodology, and what funding is available. Crucially, they are much shorter (as little as 30 hours) and there's no End Point Assessment (EPA), making this a faster, lower-friction route to meaningful development.

✅Core curriculum

We'll walk through key areas of the AI Leadership units’ curriculum, including:

  • AI strategy, policy and stakeholder engagement

  • Workforce impact and managing AI adoption

  • Risk management, governance and regulatory compliance

✅What your organisation actually gains

By the end of the programme, what will you and your team be able to do differently? We'll set out clear, honest expectations around outcomes – from strategic confidence to practical governance frameworks.

✅Enrolment and eligibility

Who qualifies, how to access funding, and what the onboarding process looks like.

👉Q&A

Bring your questions. We'll leave time at the end to address what matters most to your organisation.
