You’ve probably met Toronto builders at hackathons, meetups, demo nights, and networking events.
This time, we’re getting everyone off the laptops and onto the tennis court.
Join Sportiner x Jia for a small tennis night bringing together founders, engineers, designers, students, creators, and people building interesting things across Toronto.
And no, you do not need to be good at tennis.
Complete beginners are welcome. We’ll have beginner-friendly coaching to help people get comfortable, while more experienced players rotate into games that match their level.
The goal is simple:
play tennis, meet good people, eat some food, and actually have fun together.
Who is this for?
Founders, engineers, designers, PMs, students, creators, operators, and anyone building something interesting in Toronto.
Whether you’ve never held a racket before or already play regularly, you’re welcome.
You do not need a partner to join.

We’ll collect everyone’s tennis level beforehand so we can make the rotations fun for both complete beginners and experienced players.

What should I bring?
Wear something comfortable to play in.
Bring a tennis racket if you have one. If you don’t, just let us know when you register.
Most importantly, you don’t need tennis experience.

Spots are intentionally limited so everyone gets meaningful court time and has a chance to actually get to know the other people there.
