Join Women in Green at Obama Center Gardens 8/31 5-7PM
Location: Obama Presidential Center, Fraser C. Robinson Picnic Area, 6001 S. Stony Island Ave, Chicago, IL. The Fraser C. Robinson Picnic Area. Follow the signs to the Fruit and Vegetable Garden. These picnic tables are in that garden, behind the Nancy Pelosi Pavilion.
Parking: There is a parking garage under the Obama Center. When you exit the garage, the Fruit and Vegetable Garden is up the outdoor staircase in the plaza.

Food: The on-site restaurant, Tafari's Kitchen, stays open until 8 PM. It's a 3-minute walk from the event and a nice opportunity to continue the conversation over dinner. Pay your own way.
Water: BYO water bottle. There is a filling station nearby.

Join Chicago Women in Green (WIG) in the Fraser C. Robinson Picnic Area at the Obama Presidential Center.
We'll hear briefly from the Chicago Botanic Garden and Urban Growers Collective on their work in the gardens.
Good to know: Free and open to women and all who identify as women. RSVP required.
The event will be outdoors. Please dress appropriately.
Museum access is not included, but the 19-acre campus has plenty to explore.
