Czech & Slovak Ball in Austin
First Czech & Slovak Ball in Austin
You are warmly invited to an exceptional social evening that brings together Czech and Slovak traditions, elegance, culture, and community. The First Czech & Slovak Ball in Austin marks the beginning of a new tradition—come support the inaugural edition and become part of an event with the ambition to grow into an annual highlight of the social season.
For dancing and listening pleasure, the evening will feature a highly popular traditional cimbalom band from the Czech Republic, with several successful international tours to its name, creating an authentic, energetic, and unforgettable atmosphere throughout the night.
Your ticket includes a lavish buffet-style dinner featuring Czech and Slovak specialties, as well as drinks throughout the evening, including fine Czech wine, slivovitz, and professionally crafted cocktails. Dinner and drinks are included in the ticket price, allowing you to fully enjoy the evening without any worries.
The program will be enriched by distinguished guest performers, including Czech & Slovak Dancers of CHS, who will present a traditional folk costume dance, as well as Julie C. Brown – Acapelladiva, the guest of the evening, whose performance will add a ceremonial and cultural dimension to the ball. An auction-style raffle with attractive prizes will also be part of the evening.
The ball is not only about music, dance, and gastronomy, but also about bringing people together. The event offers a natural setting for meaningful networking, the exchange of experiences, and the creation of new collaborations across different fields and generations, all within a friendly and elegant atmosphere.
Capacity is limited — early ticket purchase is highly recommended.
