​Enerdrape is a Swiss cleantech company and EPFL spin-off pioneering the world’s first non-invasive geothermal panel technology, transforming underground spaces into renewable heat sources without drilling.

​At the Sébeillon residential district in Lausanne, the Realstone SA real estate fund has equipped its underground parking facility with more than 80 Enerdrape geothermal panels.

​This installation transforms the parking structure into a renewable thermal energy source, contributing directly to the optimization of heat production for the residential complex. By capturing naturally occurring underground heat without any drilling, the system provides a sustainable, efficient, and non-invasive energy solution.

​The project demonstrates how existing urban infrastructure can be converted into clean energy assets, supporting building decarbonization while maintaining architectural integrity and minimizing installation impact.
