The Regional Resilience Summit

​The Regional Resilience Summit convenes entrepreneurs, investors, government and civic leaders, utilities, industry partners, funders, and community organizations around the urgent challenges shaping Southern California’s future: weather-resilient infrastructure, reliable and equitable energy systems, and clean air, safe water, and sustainable food.

​Hosted by Larta Institute, the Summit connects the partnerships, capital, and ideas needed to move innovation from pilot to real-world deployment. For over 33 years, Larta has supported more than 7,000 entrepreneurs, who have gone on to raise over $54 billion in follow-on funding.

​At the center of the Summit are Larta’s 2026 Venture Fellows, a cohort of 17 entrepreneurs developing and piloting science- and technology-driven solutions across three focus areas: Weather-Resilient Urban Infrastructure; Reliable & Equitable Energy Systems; and Clean Air, Safe Water, & Sustainable Food. Together, their innovations demonstrate practical approaches to building stronger, more adaptable communities across Southern California.

​Part regional dialogue, part innovation showcase, part community gathering, the Summit brings these entrepreneurs together with the organizations that can help move promising solutions forward, building the relationships, partnerships, and pathways needed to strengthen resilience across the region.
