Wayfinding our Relationality in Times of Complexity (Part 1 COhere Constellation)
We begin with an embodied exploration of the larger living system we are entering together. Through the practice of social systems constellations, we’ll make visible the subtle dynamics that shape how we relate, collaborate, and move within complexity. This collective process offers a visceral orientation to the whole — revealing what holds coherence, where tension lives, and what calls for attention. By attuning through the body and field, we establish a shared compass for the 10 days ahead: a way of sensing, moving, and creating in relationship with the larger systems we are part of.
Rooted in the tradition of Family and Systemic Constellations, this modality arose from therapeutic and indigenous influences, integrating insights from family systems therapy, phenomenology, and embodied knowing. While it began as a way to reveal hidden loyalties and entanglements within families, it has since evolved into a powerful tool for exploring organizational, ecological, and social systems. Applied in this context, constellations allow complex patterns — of belonging, exclusion, flow, and purpose — to become visible and felt in real time. This opens pathways for collective insight, healing, and creative reorganization at both personal and systemic levels.
