WWBA × Antler Mixer

​A recent report by the Female Founders Fund caught our attention. While much of the data is US-oriented, the trends mirror what we see in Africa. Women founders are consistently outperforming their male counterparts. They are doing it with less capital, fewer resources, and limited access to networks. Now imagine what could happen if this was reversed. Imagine the scale of economic and social transformation if women had equal access to capital, equal visibility in networks, and equal power in decision-making.

​This is why the theme “Founder’s Mentality: Building with Conviction” is so urgent. Building with conviction is more than surviving challenges. It is the clarity to see opportunity where others see risk. It is the confidence to take a seat at the table. It is the courage to lead with purpose and open new paths for inclusive growth.
