Rigging The Management Team for International Scale
Scaling a start-up beyond its home market is a thrilling but daunting journey. While a strong product and cutting-edge technology are essential, the real differentiator often lies in the strength and composition of your management team. "Rigging The Management Team for International Scale" is designed for founders, board members, investors, CEOs, and CXOs who are navigating the complex transition from product-market fit to international expansion.
Hosted by Erevena, with speakers Mona Evelyn Vaupel Knudsen, Ellen Marie Nyhus, Miia Laukkarinen & Martin Falch this event will dive deep into the critical decisions leaders must make when assembling a management team capable of driving global growth. We'll explore the common pitfalls start-ups face when entering new markets with a lean or inexperienced leadership bench, and discuss how to identify the right mix of skills and experience needed at each stage of expansion.
Expect candid conversations around the timing and structure of leadership hires, the importance of cultural and market-specific expertise, and strategies for evolving your team as your company scales. Our speakers and panellists bring first-hand experience from high-growth companies that have successfully tackled these challenges, and some that have learned the hard way.
Whether you're preparing for your first international launch or looking to strengthen your existing management team, this event will offer practical insights, real-world case studies, and actionable frameworks. Join us for an engaging session that will help you build a management team ready to take on the world.
Location details will be announced soon. We look forward to welcoming you to a lively and insightful discussion with peers who are facing similar challenges on the road to international scale.
