Fred has a wealth of experience, having consulted to the NSW Government for the development of the Electric Vehicle Ready Buildings program and remains a program Expert Reference Group member. He is the previous Chair of a large, self-managed strata community. His strata property of 45 apartments was a recipient of the 2025 NSW Government's EV ready buildings grant.
