To help participants prepare for the hackathon, we will hold an Agora Voice AI Starter Workshop. This session will guide attendees through the account setup process, required preparations, and key enablement steps needed before the event. Participants will also see example voice AI use cases and simple starter builds to better understand what they can create during the hackathon. It is designed to help teams get ready faster and start building with confidence on hackathon day.

8:30 AM to 9:00 AM — Opening Ceremony, welcome remarks, event overview, partner introductions.

9:30 AM to 10:00 AM — Workshop 2: Couchbase
9:30 AM to 10:00 AM — Workshop 3 : Trae
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM — Hackathon Begins, Build Phase 1 🧑💻🚀, teams start building with the required tech stack.
12:00 PM to 12:40 PM — Working Lunch Break 🍽️, lunch will be distributed, informal mentoring.
12:45 PM to 4:00 PM — Build Phase 2, Deep Work 🔧💡, continue building, mentor rotations, technical support.
4:00 PM to 4:15 PM — Working Snack Break 🍩☕.
4:15 PM to 5:30 PM — Build Phase 3, Final Sprint ⏱️🔥, polish solutions, prep submissions and demos.
5:30 PM to 5:40 PM — Submission Deadline 📩
5:30PM to 6:10 PM — Dinner Break, Project Pitch Preparation.
6:10 PM to 6:50 PM — Judging Deliberation 🧑⚖️🗳️, judges review submissions, select Top 10.
6:40 PM to 8:00 PM — Top Team Presentations 🎤🏆, 5 min pitch, 2 min Q and A, selected teams present on stage (5 to 7 min each).
