Join Sarah-Beth for an evidence-based approach to habit formation. You'll identify meaningful habits - the why, the how, and the rewards - and start making progress right away. Sarah-Beth will point out ways to adapt your habits for a neurotypical brain vs an ADHD brain so that you can take the approach that works best for you.
Sam will guide you through creating personalized punch cards: a creative, visual way to cue and reward each step you take toward your new habits. All supplies are provided, just come ready to create!
