​Exploitation to killing: a startup journey

​Guy Cavet is co-founder of EBVio, Prompt Therapeutics, and Flatiron Bio, and previously co-founded other companies including Atreca (BCEL).  He will discuss his experiences as a founder, including scientific highlights and lessons learned. The talk will go into depth on EBVio, which is developing novel therapeutics based on recent discoveries about the role of Epstein-Barr virus in driving autoimmune disease.

Speaker Bio
Dr Cavet is a biotech founder, board member and computational biologist.  He has over 20 years’ experience leading the application of novel molecular and computational technologies to improve human health.  His entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding EBVio, Prompt Therapeutics, Flatiron Bio, and Atreca.
