After the weather state of emergency forced us to postpone, we knew this night deserved a proper return. Tech at the Harbor is officially back as the Baltimore Tech Week Pre‑Tech Week Event, setting the tone for everything that’s coming next year.

Hosted by Jeffrey Scruggs and featuring a keynote from Crystal Berger, this evening brings together founders, builders, creatives, technologists, and community leaders for a night rooted in connection, momentum, and Baltimore pride.

Powered by 3708 Spirits and The Black Founders Table, this event is designed to spark conversations, build relationships, and ignite the energy leading into Tech Week.
